• Notes for Package Reservations

1. If you make a reservation by phone or e-mail, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reserved tour is required.

2. The deposit should be paid within three days of the date of completion of the booking.

3. If the deposit is not paid within three days of the date of completion of the reservation, it will be cancelled.

4. Please fax the remittance slip after remittance in order to protect your rights.

  • Cancellation Notice

1. Rules for cancellation of package tours: Cancellations will be made on a per reservation basis and partial cancellations will not be accepted, please cancel the booking and make a new booking. (e.g., less than 80% of the original number of guests, or one cancellation for a reservation of three rooms, or one cancellation for a reservation of two days). The above rules apply to online bookings only. There are no such restrictions for phone bookings.

 

2. Deposit Refund: The venue follows the regulations of the Consumer Council. If you request to cancel your booking before 14 days of the booking date, the deposit will be refunded, minus a handling fee of NT$30. 70% of the deposit will be refunded before the 10th to 13th day of the booking date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded before the 7th to 9th day of the booking date, 40% of the deposit will be refunded before the 4th to 6th day of the booking date, and 30% of the deposit will be refunded before the 2nd to 3rd day of the booking date.

 

 

  • Notice of Change of the Reservation Date

1. Please notify the Farm 3 days (inclusive) before the original check-in date by phone.

2. For consecutive holidays, such as the Chinese New Year holidays, please notify the Farm by phone one week in advance of the extension days.

3. The extension must be used within one year, and the number of extensions is limited to only once. Once an extension has been applied for, there is no refund.

4. The Farm reserves the right to accept or to refuse to extend the booking depending on the actual booking situation.

5. Failure to check in or extend within the specified period will be considered a forfeiture of housing rights.

6. Reservations cannot be postponed if requested on the day before or two days before the booked date. If a postponement is processed, a handling fee of 30% of the deposit will be charged.

 

 

  • Special Cancellation] (Due to unavoidable factors)

If the date of reservation is affected by typhoon, earthquake or other natural disasters in the location of the Farm or the traveler's place of departure, it will be handled in accordance with the website statement and the Farm's regulations; if a typhoon warning or a major earthquake has been issued on land, please contact the staff of the farm by e-mail or fax within three days (including that day) prior to the original date of check-in and we will confirm with you as soon as possible the change or cancellation of your booking record.
